How is it so far...

It's been GREAT, I tell you! Last time, I always plan to swim and the plan ends up just as a plan.

HOWEVER... After this commitment, even after I swam the number of laps I want for the day, I won't really mind to add some more.

I've been quitting jogging for quite some times. The last time I went jogging in the east coast, the wind blew so hard and I had stiff muscle for 3 days! The first 2 days, I can't even move at all. So that might be the reason I quit jogging.

Anyway... My strategy is as follows:
My current body is too heavy. Advantage: Easier to lose weight. Disadvantage, higher risk of sports injury, not good for self training such as push-ups. Heck, I can't even do a single chin up. Simply because my upper body strength is not enough to lift the 85Kg I had. While bigger body would translate to higher BMR (Basal metabolic Rate), there's also not much thing I can do. I can't push-ups more than 30 at one go. 12 years ago, 100 pushes at one go is peanut for me.

So first, I need to really concentrate on burning more fat. Easiest strategy, eat less than my body consume. If I eat 2000 cal a day, I should work way more than that. Probably 2500 to 3000 cal. Therefore everyday I got 500 to 1000 cal deficit daily. However, since 1 gram of fat translated to around 9 cal. 1000 cal is simply around 110g of fat.Not mentioning not 100% calorie deficit will be contributed from fat.

But then, there's always be cheat codes. Remember, I said ANYTHING. I never promise not to use any medication, supplement, laser beam, acupuncture, carb blocker, fat blocker or any such thing. But I won't be keen on endangering myself and especially doing crazy stuffs like liposuction. (It's more fun to run in red bra than doing a liposuction) Xndo carb blocker might be my panic button but I won't start buying them now. Probably in March if I'm still above 78 at that point of time. But the point of this challenge is not to lose weight alone, but to show the world that determination and willpower is the greatest strength you can ever draw your energy from.

Yosshhhh.... Wish me luck guys. I want to bring hope for all those obese and fats around the world. We can do it!!!
